Senior Fullstack Developer
We are looking for an experienced Senior Fullstack Developer for a consulting assignment with a large organization operating a complex and business-critical IT environment. This is a full-time consulting assignment starting October 1, 2026, and running until June 30, 2027, with the possibility of extension.
About the Assignment
As a Senior Fullstack Developer, you will play a key role in developing modern, scalable, and robust digital solutions. You will work across the entire development lifecycle, from requirements and technical design to development, testing, deployment, and continuous improvement in production.
The role covers both frontend and backend development, primarily using Angular for frontend and Java/Spring Boot for backend. You will also work with Azure, integrations, APIs, event-driven architecture, DevOps practices, and container technologies.
You will collaborate closely with UX/UI designers, business stakeholders, and other developers. As a senior member of the team, you will also contribute to technical decision-making, knowledge sharing, and mentoring other developers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop end-to-end applications across frontend and backend.
- Build scalable, maintainable, and robust software solutions.
- Translate business requirements into effective technical solutions.
- Take ownership of features from concept and development through to production.
- Design and optimize databases, integrations, and APIs.
- Work with microservices and distributed systems.
- Develop and improve CI/CD and automation pipelines.
- Ensure high standards of software quality, performance, and security.
- Collaborate closely with UX/UI, business stakeholders, and technical teams.
- Contribute to technical leadership and mentor other developers.
Required Skills and Experience:
- Strong experience in frontend development with Angular.
- Strong experience in backend development with Java and Spring Boot.
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure.
- Experience in database design and optimization.
- Strong knowledge of integration technologies and API design.
- Experience with event-driven architectures and Kafka or similar messaging platforms.
- Experience with CI/CD, DevOps, and automation pipelines.
- Experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
- Good understanding of microservices and distributed systems.
- Experience with testing frameworks, quality assurance, and performance optimization.
- Good understanding of security best practices and secure coding.
Personal Skills
You are a self-driven and solution-oriented developer who is comfortable taking end-to-end responsibility for technical solutions. You have excellent communication skills in both Swedish and English and are confident collaborating with both technical teams and business stakeholders.
You are comfortable leading technical discussions and contributing to architectural and technical decisions. You enjoy sharing your knowledge and have experience mentoring or coaching other developers. Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments is expected.
