Senior Business analyst with Energy trading background

We are now looking for a skilled Business analyst with Energy trading background to our client. The team you will join consists of Business Analyst working in complex projects across multiple agile teams and areas. Sometimes also across two Business areas. This role will probably start with the market in Netherlands, so knowledge about the Dutch and German market is a plus. 
 
Tasks & responsibilites:
• Conduct stakeholder analysis and engagement planning.
• Elicit high-level business needs and objectives (interviews, workshops, document analysis).
• Define and document business requirements and success criteria.
• Analyze and model requirements (process flows, use cases, data models).
• Classify requirements (business, stakeholder, solution, transition).
• Prioritize and validate requirements with stakeholders.
• Trace requirements to business objectives.
• Support solution design and development by clarifying requirements.
• Manage requirements changes (impact analysis, documentation, approval).
• Facilitate communication between business and technical teams.
• Support test case development and requirements-based testing.

Skills:

•    Extensive background from the Energy trading area:  – In areas such as intraday markets, congestion services, balancing market access.
•    Experience from Continental (i.e. NL) and Nordic markets.
•    ETRM = Energy Trading and Risk Management.
•    This role will probably start with the market in Netherlands, so knowledge about the Dutch and German market is a plus.
•    Nice to have; Experience from ENDUR 

•    Nice to have; Working in similar roles at EON or Uniper
•    Fluent in English, Swedish is a merit
•    Personal profile; Curios and keen to understand internal processes
