Financial controller to Quest Consulting
Your main tasks will be to manage reporting topics, liase with BC team and accounting as well as local Swedish organization.
The position will support the Director and the department of Sales & Operation Sweden (S&O SE), within the Business Unit E-Mobility, with all business controlling tasks including reporting and plan-to-perform (business plan, forecast and KPIs follow-up) processes, financial analysis and decision making. Additionally, you will serve as a senior advisor towards the Business Unit Controller of E-Mobility in specific or over-arching Business Unit controlling topics including the overall financial governance and steering of Business Unit E-Mobility.
This is more of a Financial controller than business controller as in the intermediate period of covering for a parental leave managing and improving quality of reporting is more important than the business partner aspect. Very important to have a rigid understanding of accounting.
Responsible for all business controlling topics concerning E-Mobility departments in S&O SWE including but not limited to:
- Business plan and target setting process;
- Forecast process
- KPI monitoring
- Monthly closing
- Management reporting;
- Maintain and develop the required financial models
As advisor to Financial Controller you support, and challenge Business Unit controlling governance and run specific improvement initiatives or ad-hoc analysis.
You report to the Director of Business Control E-Mobility who is also accountable for the overall controlling support for the business unit.
Requirements:
- Relevant education for example finacial degree from university
- Experience working as a financial controller with duties such as monthly closing and forecasts.
- Energy and e-mobility is an advantage
