IT solution specialist / IT System Maintenance

Description

Our client is changing GCM platform from Synkron to Profisee. During spring 2025 the pre-study was done and the system implementor will start working in the beginning of 2026. The Solution Specialist (this role) will work alongside the project and system implementor to ensure effective management, support, and continuous improvement of the Global Company Master (GCM) solution using Profisee, focusing on user support, flow optimization, and data quality. We are building an agile GCM team as the implementation progress, and at the end of the assignment the Solution Specialist will be part of this team and be ready to hand over the role to the clients employees.

Key Responsibilities

– Monitor system health, data quality, and performance, through Profisee reports.
– Operational governance with vendor Profisee.
– Provide expert support and training for users of the Profisee MDM platform.
– Act as a subject matter expert for master data management best practices.
– Understand data flow to consuming applications and secure changes.
– Manage, administrate, and support users in Profisee.
– Secure necessary end-user support processes.

Required Competencies

– Solid understanding of Master Data Management (MDM) concepts and platforms (Profisee etc.)
– Experience with Master Data Management concepts, data modeling, and data governance.
– Process-oriented mindset with experience in documenting and optimizing workflows.
– Configure Profisee platform components, collaborate on technical setup, and support integration
– Develop and execute technical test cases, assist with data migration, and validate mappings.
– Provide post-go-live technical support, troubleshooting integration issues, and monitor system performance
– Experience in supporting and training users.
– Agile methodologies; SAFe, Scrum.
– Experience with system monitoring tools and reporting on data quality metrics.
– Hands-on experience configuring MDM platforms (Profisee experience is a plus, but other MDM tools like Informatica, Semarchy, or Stibo are valuable).

Bonus Skills

– Experience with Profisee platform.
