
UX-designer
Assignment Description
We are looking for an experienced UX Designer (Consultant) to join a digital product team responsible for developing a new system that supports the full review journey within a global retail organization.
The product will enable employees and leaders to assess, document, and improve the implementation of the company’s retail concept across multiple customer meeting points. The goal is to create a user-friendly, scalable tool that promotes consistency, quality, and operational excellence in retail experiences worldwide.
This is a consultancy assignment with an expected end date of January 15, 2026.
Work Tasks
- Design intuitive and scalable digital tools that help employees apply the company’s retail concept across stores and other customer-facing environments.
- Translate user needs and business goals into clear, actionable design solutions that enhance both the in-store experience and operational efficiency.
- Simplify complex workflows by developing a deep understanding of the review process and translating it into user-friendly digital experiences.
- Collaborate with user researchers to conduct usability testing, uncover insights, and validate design decisions.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product leaders, software engineers, and subject matter experts, to align design efforts with product objectives.
- Continuously iterate and refine designs based on qualitative and quantitative feedback, contributing to a culture of continuous improvement and learning.
Mandatory Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a UX Designer, with a strong background in digital product design.
- Proven ability to apply user-centered design principles to create intuitive, scalable digital solutions.
- Demonstrated experience collaborating in cross-functional product teams within agile environments.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to advocate for users and contribute to strategic design discussions.
- Proficiency in wireframing, prototyping, and working with design systems, using tools such as Figma, Framer, and Miro.
- Strong ability to incorporate feedback constructively and support an open, learning-oriented team culture.
Meriting Qualifications
- Experience designing digital tools that support retail or operational processes at scale.
- Background in global product development or large enterprise organizations.
- Familiarity with usability testing, user research, and data-informed design iteration.
- Strong empathy and curiosity for end users, with the ability to understand their context and challenges in complex environments.
