Production Order Owner
We are seeking for a Production Order Owner.
You will be responsible for efficiently managing both sales and production orders to ensure smooth execution. This involves creating, tracking, and closing orders while effectively communicating any deviations or changes to stakeholders.
Your main responsibilities:
- Create, follow up and close Sales/production orders (cost control, missing parts, order changes, etc….)
- Follow up and coordinate changes/deviations on orders and secure communication towards stakeholders
- Take appropriate actions to secure production plans can be delivered OTIF ensuring production flows and deadlines are met as effective as possible
- Follow up on changes/deviations on orders and secure communication towards stakeholders
Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or similar experience
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in planning and scheduling within a manufacturing environment
- Solid understanding of make-to-stock, configure-to-order, and engineer-to-order production processes
- Proficiency in planning software and ERP systems (SAP as a plus).
- Basic knowledge of Power BI and data visualization tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- A collaborative mindset and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Fluent in English and Swedish
