As Order Coordinator, you’ll play a key role in ensuring our customers and dealers receive high-quality support throughout the order process. Working closely with our Pricing & Order Management team, you’ll contribute to creating real customer value while helping to drive digitalization, automation and smarter ways of working.

You’ll serve as a trusted business partner across departments and markets, with a clear focus on continuous improvement in the full order process

In this role, you will:

  • Be the key point of contact for dealers and customers in your designated markets, supporting machine order management
  • Provide training and support to dealers using SAP-based order interfaces
  • Ensure required legal and administrative documents are collected and verified for market entry
  • Administer discounts and price adjustments in alignment with policies.
  • Act as the “gatekeeper” for documentation quality, ensuring accuracy, correct authority levels and approval flows
  • Maintain an overview of machine orders and proactively manage potential deviations
  • Continuously look for ways to improve our processes and reduce waste

Your skills & experience:

  • Solid understanding of order management processes, preferably at SAP
  • Experience working with internal and external customers or partners
  • Analytical and structured, with good problem-solving skills
  • Comfortable working under pressure and managing multiple priorities
  • Knowledge in Power BI is a strong plus
  • Strong communication skills in English; other languages are a bonus
